Please feel free to download and use my Weekly Agility Training Diary. Here you can keep track of your dog's activities throughout the week, set goals and assess their progress.
Above you can see an example of how I use the diary to guide my week and keep track of my training.
Tip: Every day I grade the intensity of my dog's exercise and if this number goes over a 7/10, my dog gets the next day off. We still go for our normal walks but there is no agility training.
It is important to let your dog have at least 2 rest days a week. Recovery time is just as important as activity time!
This Weekly Conditioning Diary helps you keep track of your dog's exercises and encourages you to think about which areas you are targeting and what you need to focus on during the week.
